Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom made products
Personalized products with your unique designs or artwork are non-refundable once production has started. Since these items, like stickers, badges, or any custom merch, are tailored specifically for you, we can't resell them.
However, if your custom order arrives damaged or defective, we've got your back! We’ll happily replace or refund it. Just make sure to snap a photo of the issue and send it our way so we can review it. Keep in mind, return shipping costs are on you unless the error was ours, then we’ll cover it!
Merchandising and store products
30 day return period. Item must be in perfect condition, still in its original packaging, unused, with all its tags. You'll also need to provide us with your order number.
