Templates & Safe Area:
We provide templates for 38 mm and 58 mm — please use them to make sure the artwork sits inside the visible area. Keep important details at least 2 mm from the edge to avoid being lost on the curve.
Color & File Requirements:
- Color mode: We print in RGB, but colors may shift slightly during printing due to material and ink differences.
- Resolution: Minimum 500 px on the smallest side and 300 DPI for best results.
- File types: PNG (preferred), SVG, PDF, PSD, or JPG.
Edge & Wrap:
The design wraps slightly around the edge of the button — avoid placing key details too close to the rim.
Material & Backing:
Printed on coated paper and pressed onto metal shells with a metal pin backing.
